[04:12] GP: [ Yeah, so. He was going to let Ryoga sleep, he swears he was, but between the Chris conversation and the fact that what Chris might have meant has occurred to him, IV's not sure he can deal with being the only one awake right now. He leans over to nudge at Ryoga - gently, at the very least. ]

[04:12] GP: uh

[04:12] GP: ryoga

[04:12] GP: you awake

[04:12] GP: [ Well. He knows that Ryoga isn't awake, but. Still. ]

[04:36] SD: [He wasn't, at all, and he sort of frowns and snuffles a little bit at the nudging because he doesn't want to move. But, well, considering today Ryoga's kind of. Inclined to think it might be important, so.]

[04:36] SD: i am now

[04:36] GP: i uh

[04:36] GP: messaged chr15

[04:36] GP: about him wanting me to get back to him

[04:41] SD: oh

[04:41] SD: what happened

[04:42] GP: well

[04:42] GP: he said he was occupied

[04:42] GP: not to look at him on the camera

[04:42] GP: and that going to see him would be a really bad idea

[05:08] SD: did he say why or

[05:09] GP: uh

[05:09] GP: concerned????

[05:10] GP: but i dont really know

[05:11] GP: [ He tails off to run a hand through his hair, glancing down at Ryoga. ]

[05:16] SD: [For his part, Ryoga just sort of shrugs; he's not really sure what actually happened, so. Kind of hard to be concerned.]

[05:16] SD: well

[05:17] SD: i think hed tell you if it were like

[05:17] SD: mortal danger or something

[05:17] GP: thats

[05:17] GP: not what im concerned about the most i think

[05:17] GP: i mean

[05:17] GP: considering what he interrupted

[05:17] GP: if it was the same

[05:18] SD: ...oh

[05:18] SD: yeah i guess that sounds a little

[05:23] SD: [Ryoga pulls a face at that. He doesn't particularly care what Chris does - or, you know. Who, as it were. Except IVsprite is kind of. Uh. Yeah.]

[05:23] SD: what are you going to do

[05:24] GP: uh

[05:24] GP: i dont know

[05:24] GP: dammit i cant not think about it now ive thought about it the first time

[05:25] GP: i mean i guess

[05:25] GP: im not jealous or anything i dont think????

[05:25] GP: i just cant get the image out of my head

[05:30] SD: you can uh

[05:30] SD: keep that image to yourself thanks

[05:30] GP: shut up ryoga

[05:30] GP: its not like i want it in my head

[05:32] GP: [ He hesitates for a moment after that though and then reaches out to tug at Ryoga's wrist. Maybe he can erase the image with. Well. He can't think of a word besides cuddles, and that's definitely not a word they're going to use. ]

[05:32] SD: [That implies he hasn't already sort of pictured it too, though, which is. Not true. Still, Ryoga ends up snorting again.]

[05:34] SD: [...he shifts closer, though. But yeah. Definitely not using the word cuddles.]

[05:36] GP: [ Well. Whatever else they are, the not-cuddles are nice. Or something other than nice. He's still kind of at a loss there. ]

[05:36] GP: well

[05:37] GP: at least maybe the sprite might start being a better guide now

[05:37] GP: i guess

[05:42] SD: yeah i mean

[05:42] SD: he is getting what he wants

[05:44] SD: [Ryoga sighs and just sort of - it's okay to use cuddle in his thoughts, right? He sort of cuddles up, basically, there isn't really another way to say it. He's aware that there are words other than 'nice' in the dictionary, but they have all apparently left him for the duration of. Whatever this is. So. Not-cuddling is nice, yes.]

[05:49] GP: [ He stays pressed in close like that for... well. He's not sure how long. He's still kind of half-asleep and it's easy enough to sort of doze against Ryoga just a little. To eventually mumble out, half asleep and clearly not filtering himself; ]

[05:49] GP: i never did end up singing 4 you

[05:53] SD: [At this point he's halfway back to sleep himself, so Ryoga maybe chuckles a little at that. He'd actually totally forgotten. What with the kissing, and all. He also remembers threatening not to speak to IV ever again if the singing didn't happen, but. Well. That's not actually something he would probably ever follow through with, now. Still.]

[05:53] SD: no

[05:53] SD: guess you didnt

[05:53] SD: that means i cant talk to you now huh

[06:04] GP: [ IV pauses, sits back a little - without letting go, of course - like he's thinking hard on it. ]

[06:04] GP: hmmmm

[06:05] GP: does that mean were limited to stuff we dont have to talk 4 huh

[06:11] SD: seems that way to me

[06:12] GP: i didnt real15e you were so desperate to k15s me again ryoga

[06:12] GP: was it really that good huh

[06:12] GP: im flattered

[06:13] SD: [This is ridiculous and Ryoga doesn't even care and normally he'd sort of be wondering when that happened, but he's too caught up in how much he's enjoying this.]

[06:13] SD: you keep telling yourself thats why

[06:13] SD: maybe i just dont wanna listen to you did you think of that

[06:15] GP: huh

[06:15] GP: no see

[06:16] GP: anyone would want to hear me sing

[06:16] SD: hmm i dunno

[06:16] SD: maybe you should prove it

[06:16] SD: i havent heard you sing maybe youre really bad at it and youre just embarrassed

[06:21] GP: sing 4 you now huh

[06:29] SD: well if you dont

[06:29] SD: ill just think youre bad at singing forever now wont i

[06:31] GP: [ Except he's kind of. Pretty obviously stalling. ]

[06:31] GP: [ (he doesn't sing often, is all, and part of him is actually concerned about what Ryoga will think) ]

[06:41] SD: [Considering the 'pretty obviously' part, yeah, Ryoga catches on. And he's maybe kind of really curious now, because, uh, IV probably can sing, honestly, he's got a good voice for it, but. That's not leaving the realm of his thoughts for now, so he just sort of nudges IV instead.]

[06:41] SD: well

[06:41] SD: are you going to sing or not then

[06:42] GP: [ He. Yeah. He should... how bad can it be, right? ]

[06:44] GP: [ He shrugs a little like it's nothing - nudges Ryoga back, though - and opens his mouth to draw in a slightly shaky breath before he starts to sing. And. Well. It's a little rusty, certainly at first, but it's not... bad. ]

[06:53] SD: [No, not bad. At all, actually, and Ryoga maybe looks impressed for a couple of seconds. But then he closes his eyes and does the cuddling thing again - there really should be a different word for that, he thinks - because he doesn't actually recognize the song, but. It's kind of nice to just. Lay there and listen and maybe he could fall asleep again, doing that.]

[07:08] GP: [ ...oh. He. Saw that look. Ryoga looked impressed and that's kind of... that's not even nice, it's more than that and IV can't think of a word but he knows he kind of wants to kiss Ryoga a lot just for that. Knows he'd do it without hesitation this time if he weren't occupied right now. But, well, the. Cuddling, or whatever it is, is a good substitute. And Ryoga looks sleepy again, and it's just

[07:08] GP: kind of... he likes this. He's... happy, he thinks, more than he can remember being in (ever) a long time. ]

[07:08] GP: [ He's coming to the end of the song he was singing anyway, now, and he contemplates just stopping altogether, if he's proved his point, but... no. ]

[07:08] GP: [ Instead he takes a breath and then starts to sing again, shifting his mouth closer to Ryoga's ear. It's something softer this time, quieter than the last. ]

[07:08] GP: [ (a lullaby) ]

[07:26] SD: [Oh. Ryoga hadn't expected him to keep singing. And the - it's closer now, and softer, and he sort of sighs, a soft and...happy noise. He's pretty much unaware of everything except IV, right now, and. He's, well, he's happy too. It's - not nice, nice isn't the right word at all anymore, but he's just. Content, really, to fall asleep here, like this. With IV.]

[07:27] SD: [and he kind of wants to mention it, almost, so.]

[07:27] SD: ...youre pretty good at this actually

[07:27] SD: i

[07:27] SD: thanks for actually

[07:27] SD: singing

[07:27] SD: [and then he shuts up and listens.]

[07:40] GP: [ Even under the singing he hears that little noise, and... oh. He's glad. Especially when Ryoga actually speaks, and maybe that sort of makes him falter a little for a moment (because, well, oh. a compliment, and from Ryoga to boot) but he catches it again quickly enough, just sort of tugging Ryoga a little closer to him as if to make certain Ryoga knows he heard. ]

[07:56] SD: [Ryoga's pretty happy to oblige with the tugging, at this point. He shuts his eyes again, just kind of lies there, and it's warm and comfortable and the singing is definitely lulling him to sleep. Within a few minutes he's already sort of making snuffly noises and curling up next to IV even more than before. He's just. Sleepy. So he dozes a little.]
